A story about an AI that is assigned to train a new employee in customer service, using a structured six-step process the employee can follow. The process begins with developing ideas and defining the concept, then moves on to scriptwriting, briefing the scriptwriter, and directing the production including overseeing filming and guiding the actors’ performances before concluding with the editing process.
