- Responsible for product launching development both new products and existing products. - Strategic Planning - Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives. - Implement the e-commerce strategy of total brand: focus on increasing online multichannel revenues by establishing the online selling strategy across key platforms - Champions the online brand plan for total brand in all platforms including setting framework, strategy & trade calendar for campaigns, price assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling, and off platform media. - Sales Analysis - Analysis sales performance, marketing campaigns, market trends, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize merchandising strategies.
- Responsible for planning, managing and executing a successful project from start to finish. - Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and ensure the projects are running seamlessly. - Train and offer guidance of feedback to junior team members to help them meet company goals. - Identify and develop new opportunities with clients. - Develop customer service policies and service standard.
- Work in close collaboration with client & internal stakeholder - Brand Direction, Planning, managing and implementing project & product. - Monitor Sales Performance, compile and analyze data to identify and define commercial opportunities and keep records for client. - Managing timelines, Regularly tracking, Updating project statuses and Create Reports
- Coordinate and Communication with Sponsors, Partners, Suppliers and internal teams - Keep track, follow-up and Assist with Sponsor - Support team activity (Plans meetings, Prepare reports, documents) - Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. - Performing other tasks as assigned.
