Position Overview

Entravision MediaDonuts is looking for an ambitious and experienced Ad Operations Specialist to complement our growing international operations team in Thailand. You will be responsible for setting up, trafficking, testing, optimizing campaigns within our Entravision MediaDonuts platform.

This position is located in Bangkok, Thailand, and will require local travelling to client and agency locations and the Ad Operations Specialist will report to the Head of e-Commerce in Thailand.

Objectives and Responsibilities



  • Collaborating with the team & advertisers to understand their objectives, recommending best practices, and developing effective campaigns 
  • Managing and executing all ads campaigns by setting up, implementing pixel tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing campaigns, ensuring we are on track to deliver and identifying any possible issues
  • Analyzing analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each spent
  • Preparing and creating performance analysis reports and making actionable recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization 
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the smooth-running performance campaigns
  • Assisting our Sales Finance organization with actual spending and payables on a monthly basis

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4+ years of experience in campaign management of social media campaigns in major platforms, familiar with Ad Manager is a must (Google, Facebook, TikTok), also good to know other platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360 and Criteo
  • Must have a strong understanding of performance campaigns, the digital marketplace and the competitive landscape in which we operate.
  • Being experienced in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager is a must 
  • Being experienced in data visualizing tools such as Google Data Studio is a plus 
  • Background in performance-based digital marketing agencies is preferred 
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
  • Able to demonstrate thought leadership around performance marketing and data-driven strategy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Thai & English languages
  • Open-minded, self-learning, team working and can-do attitude
  • Cultural sensitivity
