- Workflow Automation & Productivity
- Map workflows across teams
- Remove repetitive tasks through automation
- Build internal AI copilots (ChatGPT / Claude)
- Improve communication flow and accountability
- Technician Route Optimization
- Optimize field service routes and scheduling
- Reduce travel time and missed jobs
- Build performance dashboards
- Improve service efficiency across operations
- Recruitment Systems
- Build structured hiring pipelines
- Automate screening and coordination
- Track hiring funnel performance
- Create scalable recruitment systems
- Procurement & Data Systems
- Maintain supplier pricelists and SKU databases
- Ensure clean, structured procurement data
- Build sourcing comparison systems
- Support margin optimization
- Reporting & Infrastructure
- Build management dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy across teams
- Monitor operational performance
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
