Application Architect is the key IT role for NTT Thailand business and is the technical owner/custodian of Thai Business applications including ERPs & Reporting systems. Role needs a good foundation of managing IT applications including experience with ERP systems, underlying processes and data-base systems. Any experience managing IT application inventory and vendor relationships will be a definite value add.

Working at NTT

Key Roles And Responsibilities
Support in-country business applications for NTT Thailand | TH Apps: Mac5 ERP, SAP Crystal Reports, Oracle PeopleSoft

• Maintain local ERP application with support from external vendor. 
• Import/export interfaces that are integrated with other systems
• Manage User access control
• Solve L2 and above issues that Service Desk and/or IT infra staff are unable to resolve
• Communication to users on any planned/unplanned outage on Local Apps. 

Support APAC Regional team with maintaining Application inventory, commercial contracts and security compliance

• Maintain Configurable Items (CIs) in Service Now
• Track maintenance contracts & facilitate renewals in Alphabet App. Assist finding cost saving avenues. 
• Facilitate security compliance with Security teams and Application SMEs. 
  

Knowledge, Skills And Attributes
Technical Skills:

• Past experience with managing ERPs | Knowledge of Mac5, Oracle PeopleSoft would be a plus
• Experience with Relational Databases, Hands-on knowledge of MS SQL server queries, stored procedures and/or admin would be a big plus
• Desired but Optional
• Knowledge of Service Now especially, managing CI
• Application security compliance – any knowledge of Fortinet would be a big plus

• Know-how of end to end core business processes Opportunity to Order, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
  

Management Skills (Good To Have)

• Managing IT Application Inventory 
• Vendor relationships will be a definite value add

• Analytical with good reasoning skills
• Ability to provide a solution based on business requirements
• Structured
  

Communication Skills

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. 
  

Academic Qualifications And Certifications

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Desired (but optional) Certs
• PeopleSoft ERP or MS SQL Certification
• MS Azure Certion
  

Required Experience

• 5+ years
