We are looking for Art Director who loves design and digital who can bring ideas to life. Someone with an eye for beautiful design and attention to details. As an Art Director, you will help translate ideas through visual storytelling, ideate concepts and responsible for all imagery deliverables.

What will you do? 

  • Understanding creative briefs and provide creative art direction
  • Ideate concepts and campaigns for client and agency with strategic thought and creative articulation for digital
  • Develop branded content, key visuals and creative mockup for campaigns and proposals
  • Overseeing creatives and working together with the team to develop new and innovative creative deliverables
  • Self-motivated to learn new technique and skills, research on new trends and help the team to develop new innovative concepts
  • Work closely with content teams and strategy teams on great concepts
  • Constantly bring new ideas
  • Manage production
  • Help to train and mentor other junior designers in the team
  • Work closely with account managers, strategist, planner, and copywriter to ensure clear understanding and delivery of creatives per proposal / brief
  • Takes full ownership of projects from brief to final execution

What skills and experiences will you need? 

  • Diploma / Advance / Degree in Arts, Advertising, Creative Multimedia & Graphics
  • Advanced knowledge in design tools (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc)
  • A good eye for designing and understand digital creative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding & illustration techniques
  • Experience managing production, directing video shoots, photoshoots etc. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, good time management skills, and able to handle multiple projects
