The Producer is the calm in the chaos. Youβre the one leading the design process, turning briefs into bangers, and making sure the team hits the deadline without losing the vibe. You’ll be working with the graphic, marketing, content creator, and production team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers
- Translate creative briefs into actionable design tasks
- Review all visual outputs and give constructive feedback
- Design posters, social content, event visuals, menus, and on-site materials
- Work with the team to bring campaigns to life
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual tone
- Ensure every project meets brand standards, deadlines, and objectives
- Work closely with content, marketing, and events to align visuals with campaigns
- Propose new visual ideas, layouts, and design directions
- Coordinate timelines, assign workloads, and make sure no oneβs drowning
- Write clear briefs that are easy to execute and creatively inspiring
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms, venues, and campaigns
- Handle rush projects and help troubleshoot problems before they happen
- Keep an eye on whatβs trending and make sure weβre not behind
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, from print, signage, props, and decor to visuals, lighting, and stage production, so everything is delivered on time and matches the creative direction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a creative producer, art director, or designer
- Strong design skills (you know good design because you can do it yourself)
- A sharp creative mind is non-negotiable; we want someone who sees things differently.
- Leadership mindsetβknows how to give feedback that helps, not hurts
- Excellent organizational skills and timeline management
- Fluent in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Bonus if you have experience in nightlife, music, fashion, or event-based design
- Able to keep a team motivated, even during high-pressure moments
- Fluent in Thai and English (for briefs, edits, and cross-team communication)
