Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at an F&B hospitality company with eight distinct brands. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across various digital platforms.

Data Analytics:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.

Social Media Paid Ads:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Develop targeting strategies to reach specific audience segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROl.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Monitor online reviews and feedback across review sites and social media channels.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the company’s online reputation and manage customer feedback effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain and update the company’s websites.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Implement best practices for website usability and user experience.


SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.


SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Google Ads:

  • Develop and execute paid search campaians using Google Ads and other SEM platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on data analytics, social media advertising, SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising best practices, and online reputation management.
  • Experience with website management and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a creative mindset to drive innovative marketing initiatives. Excellent communication in English
