Job Description
An exciting opportunity in our Bangkok office is available for a creative and motivated AutoCAD / BIM Draftsperson to become part of the team. You will be collaborating with the best in the business, building on your specialized technical knowledge whilst working on the design of some of the most exciting projects internationally.The Inhabit Façade team is internationally distributed, and the team is location independent, enabling access to projects across Australasia, Asia, US and Europe from any location. We uniquely work across all stages of the project lifecycle, from the business case and advisory, to sustainability and carbon strategy, to detailed modelling, construction, and post-occupancy. This means that we have a focus on real-world results rather than the hypothetical targets seen in other parts of the industry. This role will see you working closely with other team members to carry out detail design drafting.If this interests you, we are seeking someone who:

This role includes:

  • Working closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages
  • Development of own skills in design, engineering, materials, etc. 
  • Communicating regularly with design team and manager

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting or civil/Structural drafting
  • Diploma or Certificate holder or equivalent in Building Design and drafting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Outlook, etc. 

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Knowledge of 3D design software (3D CAD, Rhino etc.)
  • Knowledge of 3D geometrical analysis (Grasshopper, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
