Strategic Planning:
- Analyze brand positioning, competitive landscape, market trends, and audience behavior to identify communication opportunities and whitespace.
- Develop clear brand and communication strategies aligned with business goals and market insights.
- Define target audiences and craft compelling value propositions for each key segment.
- Lead end-to-end development of campaigns from insight to execution across channels (Digital, KOLs, Offline, Events, etc.)
- Work with media planners and digital teams to align messaging with media strategy.
- Evaluate campaign performance with relevant KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion) and optimize where needed.
- Lead internal and external stakeholders (e.g., production teams, partners, agencies) to bring ideas to life
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience 1-3 years in creative strategy, advertising, or social media campaigns (not just content creation).
- A big thinker who can translate business goals into engaging campaign ideas.
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and viral trends.
- Strong storytelling & concept development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with multiple projects.
- A natural collaborator who can work with brands, influencers, and marketing teams.
