Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design, and deliver both online and offline artwork that reflects the brand identity 
of theCOMMONS.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives, platform requirements, and theCOMMONS’ tone of voice.
  • Produce a wide range of graphics and layouts, including branding materials, environmental graphics, in store experiences, social media content, website visuals, and video assets.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as printers, web designers, and art service providers to ensure high quality production.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, industry standards, social media formats, and competitive market practices.
  • Work proactively, embrace challenges, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Review and inspect final outputs to ensure all deliverables meet material specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 
Visual Communication, or related field
  • 1–2 years of work experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative fields
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Thai & English)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects); familiar with collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and MS Office
  • Highly creative, innovative, and passionate about design; strong communication and collaboration skills; basic understanding of marketing concepts
  • Flexible working place and working hours, 
with a friendly, supportive team environment

Location: Thonglor 17, Bangkok | Monday– Friday (9AM-6PM) | Hybrid Work
