Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Creation (Core)
- Create engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. (photos, short videos, reels)
- Support content planning by researching trends, brainstorming ideas, and turning them into clear post or shot concepts.
- Capture BTS and short-form footage during shoots, events, or daily operations.
- Create and adapt simple graphic materials for social use (posts, stories, and basic campaign assets) using existing brand guidelines.
- Work with the team to create video content and edit videos when needed. (basic edits only)
- Bring fresh and fun ideas to the team.
- Social Media & Community
- Manage Instagram & TikTok: planning, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and coordinating influencer content.
- Engage with the brand’s social community across platforms by replying to comments, interacting with viewers, and supporting brand engagement through content.
- Track influencer posts and assist with KOL coordination and follow-ups.
- Live & Engagement
- Support live activities. (content preparation and product lists)
- Option to host live sessions occasionally.(additional pay + commission provided)
- Coordination Support
- Assist with daily admin tasks related to content and social operations.
- Support simple shoot preparation: props, basic styling, coordination, and packing.
- Organize content files and assist with ad-hoc tasks across the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing or communications) is a plus.
- Strong interest in content creation, fashion, jewelry, and social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats.
- Able to shoot and edit photo and video content.
- Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut.
- Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
