CAVO is a premium dining and nightlife destination in Bangkok, blending Mediterranean-inspired hospitality, exceptional food and drinks, and world-class entertainment to create unforgettable experiences from dinner through late night.
Position Summary:
The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and producing high-quality visual and video content that reflects CAVO’s luxury Mediterranean identity. Working closely under the direction of the Head of Marketing & Branding, this role drives social media engagement across core platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LINE Official Account. The ultimate goal is to build hype, captivate premium audiences, and position CAVO as one of Bangkok’s leading luxury dining & nightlife destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and premium photography focused on luxury lifestyle storytelling, event recaps, and VIP experience highlights.
- Produce compelling content to promote weekly entertainment line-ups, international DJ takeovers, special activations, and exclusive brand collaborations.
- Maintain and protect the brand’s premium image by ensuring all content visual aesthetics strictly align with the luxury mood and tone set by the Head of Marketing & Branding.
- Social Media & Trend Optimization
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Branding to develop creative campaign concepts, write engaging captions, and manage the monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LINE.
- Collaboration & On-Site Coordination
- Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and influencers to ensure premium quality deliverables are completed on time.
- Support the marketing team and external agency by preparing ad creatives and assets for paid media campaigns.
- Work on-site during key nightlife hours, events, and weekend activations to capture authentic, high-energy live content.
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Creator, or Social Media Specialist.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, nightlife, premium F&B, or entertainment marketing is strongly preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven portfolio in mobile/camera shooting and high-proficiency in video editing software or mobile applications (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Possess a strong “creative eye” and trend awareness, with the ability to translate luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and high-energy nightlife into premium visual assets.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with a fast-moving creative team.
- Strong interest in or understanding of nightlife culture, music entertainment, and luxury lifestyle positioning.
- Highly flexible with working hours and fully capable of working in a fast-paced nightlife environment, including late-night shifts during major events.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- Content Creation & Production (การผลิตและสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์)
- วางแผน ถ่ายทำ และตัดต่อคอนเทนต์ประเภทวิดีโอสั้น (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) รวมถึงภาพถ่ายที่เน้นการเล่าเรื่องแนว Luxury Lifestyle Storytelling, วิดีโอประมวลภาพบรรยากาศงาน (Event Recaps), และบรรยากาศประสบการณ์สุดพิเศษของลูกค้าระดับ VIP
- สร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาเพื่อโปรโมตอีเวนต์รายสัปดาห์ ศิลปิน/ดีเจระดับอินเตอร์เน็ต (International DJs) และแคมเปญพิเศษร่วมกับพาร์ตเนอร์
- ควบคุมมู้ดแอนด์โทน (Mood & Tone) ของเนื้อหาทั้งหมดให้ตรงตามอัตลักษณ์ความหรูหราของ CAVO และเป็นไปตามทิศทางที่ Head of Marketing & Branding กำหนด
- Social Media & Trend Monitoring (การบริหารจัดการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และติดตามเทรนด์)
- ร่วมมือกับ Head of Marketing & Branding ในการคิดคอนเซปต์ เขียนแคปชัน (Captions) และเตรียมสื่อสำหรับลงโปรโมตในช่องทาง Instagram, TikTok, Facebook และ LINE
- ติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่ๆ บนโลกออนไลน์ กระแสไวรัล และความเคลื่อนไหวในแวดวง Nightlife Marketing เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการสร้างคอนเทนต์อย่างรวดเร็วและสร้างสรรค์
- ติดตามและศึกษาคอนเทนต์ของคู่แข่งเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแนวทางการนำเสนอของ CAVO ให้โดดเด่นอยู่เสมอ
- Collaboration & Coordination (การประสานงานร่วมกับทีมและความคิดสร้างสรรค์)
- ประสานงานร่วมกับช่างภาพ ช่างภาพวิดีโอ ดีไซเนอร์ และอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ (Influencers) ภายนอก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลงานส่งมอบตรงเวลาและมีคุณภาพระดับพรีเมียม
- สนับสนุนทีมการตลาดและเอเจนซี่ในการจัดเตรียมชิ้นงานโฆษณา (Ad Creatives) เพื่อใช้ในแคมเปญ Paid Ads ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ (On-site) ในช่วงเวลาค่ำคืนหรือช่วงจัดงานอีเวนต์สำคัญ เพื่อเก็บภาพบรรยากาศและไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในร้าน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป ในตำแหน่ง Content Creator, Video Creator หรือ Social Media Specialist
- (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Luxury Hospitality, Nightlife, ร้านอาหารระดับพรีเมียม หรือ Lifestyle Brands จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
ทักษะที่ต้องการ:
- มีทักษะการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอด้วยสมาร์ตโฟนหรือกล้องระดับมืออาชีพ และมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรมหรือแอปพลิเคชันตัดต่อวิดีโอ (เช่น CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
