Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Creator (Resident) to join our
team and live the Emily’s experience from the inside. This role
is dedicated to capturing, producing, and sharing high-quality content that highlights our restaurants, events, and community.
As a resident creator, you’ll be embedded in our environment, observing, storytelling, and showcasing Emily’s in a way that
feels natural, authentic, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with Emily’s brand voice and identity.
- Capture day-to-day activities, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and guest experiences in photo, video, and written formats.
- Write engaging captions, blogs, and micro-stories for social media and website.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create campaigns that drive visibility, bookings, and engagement.
- Stay on top of digital trends and propose fresh, innovative ideas for content formats.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, editing, or copywriting).
- Active knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Comfortable working onsite and actively engaging with staff, guests, and events.
- Basic skills in editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM
