เราเป็นเอเจนซี่อสังหาในกรุงเทพ สไตล์คนรุ่นใหม่ เน้นคอนโดลักชูสำหรับชาวต่างชาติและ expats กำลังหาคนมาช่วยปั้น content เล่าอสังหาฯให้น่าสนใจ และดูแลภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ไปด้วยกัน
สิ่งที่จะได้ทำ:
- วางแผน content และเขียนสคริปต์สำหรับ Reels / TikTok / Instagram / Facebook
- Producer งานถ่ายทำ — ออก shot กับเจนหรือไปคนเดียวได้ ทั้ง property tour, ย่าน, lifestyle content
- คุมทิศทางแบรนด์ให้สม่ำเสมอ — ตัดสินได้ว่า content ไหน on-brand หรือไม่
- Brief งานให้ทีม Artwork และ Editor ได้ชัดเจน (ไม่ต้องทำ artwork เอง)
- ติดตามเทรนด์และเสนอไอเดียใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- ถ้าตัดต่อหรือทำ artwork เองได้ด้วย ถือว่า bonus
คนที่เราอยากได้
- มี sense of brand — บอกได้ว่าอะไรดูแพง อะไร on-brand อะไรไม่ใช่
- อ่านเทรนด์ออก เอามาประยุกต์กับ luxury property content ได้
- เข้าใจ storytelling และรู้ว่าต้องหยุดคนดูใน 3 วิแรก
- เขียนสคริปต์และ brief งานคนอื่นได้ชัดเจน
- ทำ content ไทย/อังกฤษได้ — จีนได้จะยิ่งดีมาก
- ยินดีต้อนรับน้องจบใหม่ ชอบเรียนรู้ พร้อมสร้างสรรค์แบรนด์ไปด้วยกัน

Life story begins at home — and we tell that story every day.
We’re a Bangkok-based luxury real estate agency for foreigners and expats. We don’t just sell condos — we help people find their life in Bangkok. Now we’re looking for someone to help us tell that story better.
What you’ll do:
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Instagram & Facebook
- Write scripts, plan shoots, and produce content — solo or with the team
- Brief editors and designers clearly (no need to edit yourself, but big bonus if you can
- Turn trends, sounds, and real estate moments into content people actually watch
- Monitor performance and bring fresh ideas to the table
What we’re looking for:
- Obsessed with TikTok trends and short-form storytelling
- Strong brand eye — knows what looks luxury, what doesn’t
- Comfortable in front of or behind the camera
- Can write scripts and brief a team clearly
- Thai / English — Chinese is a big plus
- Self-motivated and able to manage their own schedule
- Skilled in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
Your “office”
- Luxury condos worth 100M THB+, Bangkok’s coolest neighborhoods, rooftop pools, and skyline views — that’s where the content happens.
- Contract: Full-time · Hybrid
