MISS MODERN | Fashion Brand
MISS MODERN is looking for a video-focused Content Creator who can ideate, film, edit, and tell brand stories through Reels, TikTok, short-form videos, and CEO branding content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, loves fashion, brings fresh ideas, and is comfortable becoming one of the faces of the brand. We are not looking for someone who only edits videos — we are looking for someone who can help make the brand feel alive, engaging, and worth following.
Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation
- Ideate, plan, shoot, and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Produce content such as styling videos, try-on videos, product details, BTS, campaign content, new arrivals, how-to-wear videos, and trend-based content.
- Create content that supports awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Brand Channel Content
- Produce video content for MISS MODERN’s main brand channels.
- Understand product selling points, silhouettes, fabric, details, colors, sizing, and occasions.
- Translate product information into engaging, easy-to-understand videos that help customers make purchase decisions.
- CEO Branding Content
- Support the ideation, filming, and editing of CEO branding content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, Founder POV, Brand Diary, working days, campaign processes, and business/fashion stories.
- Help connect the CEO’s personality with the brand in a natural and authentic way.
- On-Camera / Brand Face
- Be comfortable appearing on camera, speaking, presenting products, trying on outfits, or telling brand stories.
- Represent the brand image in selected content.
- Have a confident, natural personality that aligns with MISS MODERN’s brand image.
- Content Planning & Creative Ideas
- Propose weekly content ideas.
- Stay updated on TikTok and Reels trends and adapt them to fit the brand.
- Develop basic hooks, scripts, shot lists, and captions.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Creative Visual, and CEO teams.
- Shooting & Editing
- Shoot videos using a phone or camera.
- Edit videos to suit each platform.
- Add text on screen, subtitles, music, transitions, and strong visual rhythm.
- Deliver files on time and organize content files systematically.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, TikTok, video production, social media, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills.
- Proficient in CapCut. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or Lightroom is a plus.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Reels, and social media audience behavior.
- Interest in fashion, styling, and branding.
- Comfortable being on camera or willing to develop on-camera presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, and enjoys proposing new ideas.
- Fast learner, open to feedback, and able to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio, video samples, TikTok, or Reels examples are required.
Nice to Have:
- Strong on-camera presentation skills.
- Experience creating fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content.
- Good sense of styling and visual direction.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut AI.
- Understanding of content that is both visually appealing and sales-driven.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Video Content Creation
- คิด วางแผน ถ่ายทำ และตัดต่อวิดีโอสำหรับ TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook และช่องทางอื่น ๆ
- ผลิตวิดีโอรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น Styling, Try-on, Product Detail, BTS, Campaign, New Arrival, How to Wear และ Trend Content
- ทำคอนเทนต์ที่ช่วยทั้งด้าน Awareness, Engagement และ Conversion
- Brand Channel Content
- ดูแลและผลิตวิดีโอสำหรับช่องทางหลักของ MISS MODERN
- เข้าใจสินค้า จุดขาย ทรงผ้า ดีเทล สี ไซซ์ และ Occasion ของแต่ละชุด
- แปลงข้อมูลสินค้าให้เป็นวิดีโอที่เข้าใจง่าย น่าดู และช่วยให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจซื้อได้ง่ายขึ้น
- CEO Branding Content
- ช่วยคิด ถ่ายทำ และตัดต่อคอนเทนต์ CEO Branding
- เก็บ Behind the Scenes, Founder POV, Brand Diary, Working Day, Campaign Process และ Business/Fashion Story
- ช่วยทำให้ตัวตนของ CEO เชื่อมกับแบรนด์อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
- On-camera / Brand Face
- สามารถอยู่หน้ากล้อง พูด แนะนำสินค้า ลองชุด หรือเล่าเรื่องแบรนด์ได้
- เป็นตัวแทนภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ในบางคอนเทนต์
- มีบุคลิกดี มั่นใจ เป็นธรรมชาติ และเหมาะกับภาพลักษณ์ของ MISS MODERN
- Content Planning & Creative Ideas
- เสนอไอเดียคอนเทนต์รายสัปดาห์
- ติดตาม TikTok / Reels trends และปรับใช้ให้เข้ากับแบรนด์
- ทำ Hook, Script, Shot List และ Caption เบื้องต้น
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Marketing, Content, Creative Visual และ CEO
- Shooting & Editing
- ถ่ายวิดีโอด้วยมือถือหรือกล้องได้
- ตัดต่อวิดีโอให้เหมาะกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
- ใส่ Text on Screen, Subtitle, Music, Transition และ Visual Rhythm ได้ดี
- ส่งไฟล์ตรงเวลาและจัดเก็บไฟล์เป็นระบบ
คุณสมบัติ:
- ประสบการณ์ 1–3 ปี ในสาย Content, TikTok, Video, Social Media, Fashion, Beauty หรือ Lifestyle
- ถ่ายและตัดต่อวิดีโอสั้นได้ดี
- ใช้ CapCut ได้ดี หากใช้ Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Canva / Lightroom ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจ TikTok, Reels และพฤติกรรมผู้ชมบน Social Media
- มีความสนใจด้านแฟชั่น Styling และ Branding
- กล้าอยู่หน้ากล้อง หรือพร้อมพัฒนาทักษะการพูดหน้ากล้อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ Proactive และชอบเสนอไอเดีย
- ทำงานเร็ว รับ Feedback ได้ และส่งงานตาม Deadline
- Portfolio / ตัวอย่างวิดีโอ / TikTok / Reels ที่เคยทำ จำเป็นต้องมี
