Key Responsibilities:
- Short-Form Video Content (Reels & TikTok)
- Film and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Create content that highlights product benefits, lifestyle moments, farm authenticity, behind-the-scenes, and brand storytelling.
- Create recurring viral-style content series (example: “Dumb Ways to Open a Coconut”).
- Weekly Content Execution
- Plan and execute weekly content schedules (Reels + Stories + Posts).
- Produce content quickly and consistently with fast turnaround (same day / within 24 hours).
- Adapt trends into Nana’s Harvest tone and aesthetic.
- On-Camera + Storytelling
- Comfortable appearing on camera and filming “face-to-camera” videos.
- Create voiceovers, storytelling hooks, and relatable scripts.
- Capture authentic lifestyle moments (farm life, harvesting, packing, product moments).
- Brand Consistency & Creative Direction
- Maintain consistent brand look: premium, feminine, tropical, clean, modern.
- Ensure every post matches Nana’s Harvest visual identity (color palette, vibe, storytelling style).
- Support campaign shoots, product launches, collaborations, and seasonal content.
- Events + Real-Time Content
- Capture content during pop-ups, farm visits, shoots, events, and partner collaborations.
- Produce BTS and real-time story coverage.
- Performance Mindset
- Track content performance (views, retention, saves, shares).
- Improve content based on analytics and experimentation.
- Suggest new ideas weekly based on what’s working.
Deliverables (Weekly Targets)
- 3–5 Reels/TikToks per week
- Daily Instagram Stories
- 1–2 lifestyle/product photo posts per week
- Trend testing + new formats weekly
- Organized content delivery: edited + raw footage archive
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing.
- Strong skills in CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / mobile editing apps.
- Strong aesthetic sense (lighting, composition, premium food styling).
- Understands TikTok & IG Reels culture (hooks, storytelling, retention).
- Comfortable filming outdoors and on farms (heat, water, real environments).
- Self-starter with fast execution speed and high creative energy.
