หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- สร้างสรรค์ไอเดียคอนเทนต์ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม ตามทิศทาง และกลยุทธ์ที่ทีมการตลาดกำหนด
- ติดตามและอัปเดตเทรนด์ รวมถึงรูปแบบคอนเทนต์ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มความหลากหลายและดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้ติดตาม
- วางแผนและกำหนดตารางการลงคอนเทนต์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยคำนึงถึงพฤติกรรมและช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมของผู้ใช้งานแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
- ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น Meta Business Suite, IG Insights, TikTok Analytics เพื่อประเมินผลและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงวิเคราะห์ให้ทีมการตลาดนำไปใช้ต่อ
- จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ (Weekly Report) และรายงานประจำเดือน (Monthly Report)
- ดูแลการลงคอนเทนต์บนทุกแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย พร้อมคิดแคปชันที่น่าสนใจและสอดคล้องกับแบรนด์
- จัดทำบรีฟงานให้ทีมกราฟิกดีไซน์ เพื่อให้สื่อมีความสอดคล้องกับคอนเซ็ปต์และกลยุทธ์
