We currently operate 5 destination restaurants and specialty coffee shops (The Sky Gallery, The Oxygen Beachfront Oasis, The Lunar Beach House, The Forest by The Sky, The Moment Beach House, and Twinmade Specialty Coffee) in Pattaya, and we aim to continue growing with many exciting projects ahead.
We are looking for a passionate Content Creator who loves food, stunning sea views, and storytelling to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and Graphic Designer to create contents, manage social media, and make sure every idea turns into something people can see, taste, or share!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Marketing team and Graphic Designer to create storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Coordinate with Marketing team on script writing and voiceover recording to produce creative storytelling that aligned with The Sky Group’s branding and tone of voice.
- Manage The Sky Group’s social media accounts, ensuring posts are published according to the schedule set by the marketing team.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, adapting ideas to suit the company positioning.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company visual identity and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in content creating, content planning, marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a TikTok or Reels content creator will be a plus.
- Skilled in shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, trend-driven content ideas.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Salary:
- Base starts 20K or more based on your experiences + 10k when relocate to Pattaya Office
- Accommodation provided (a condominium in the most peaceful area in Pattaya)
- Monthly food and beverage quota provided at all of our restaurants
- Workday Monday – Friday
