Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team, with a primary focus on developing engaging short video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scripting, filming, and editing videos that resonate with
our target audience across social media platforms. In addition to video creation, you will collaborate closely with the graphic design team by providing briefs for social media posts. Your work will play a key role in driving brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, and supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Content Planning:
- Develop a monthly social media content calendar, including special campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all content aligns with Yolé’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Content Creation:
- Create end-to-end short-form videos (TikTok/Instagram Reels) showcasing Yolé’s products and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team by providing detailed briefs for artwork creation.
- Customer Engagement:
- Manage customer interactions by responding to messages, questions, and complaints on social media platforms.
- Ensure timely and professional responses that reflect Yolé’s brand values.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1-3 years experience as a Content Creator, Social Media, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including written and multimedia content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
