A Content Producer at CHOW performs the hybrid duties and responsibilities of content production—from creative execution conceptualisation, to pre-production logistics, shoot management and basic set styling—, alongside both the Account and Creative teams, based on their knowledge and translation of the client’s brand identity and needs. Collaborate with the Lead Producer in conceptualisation, ideation, and detailing of visual approaches and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Lead discussions, ideation, and execution of content ideas, and visual directions alongside our team of Account Executives, Creative and Production teams.

→ Provide insights, knowledge and expertise in Content Production, across current trends, market and platform understanding, from pre-production, to production, and post-production.

→ Attend and oversee selected production shoots to ensure quality and accuracy of content, and contribute basic guidelines and instructions on achieving the desired Art Direction and Styling of shots.

→ Develop content plans covering key content touch-points, strategy and/or narratives with our team of Accounts Executives on delegated accounts.

→ Work on delegated accounts and projects from clients in both Thailand and Singapore, alongside the Agency’s full team across Singapore and Thailand.

→ Manage the team’s budgets and inventory for sourcing and procurement of props, talents, location, and KOLs within Thailand only.

→ Adopt a collaborative approach and workflow processes to working with the Agency’s colleagues, clients, and partners.

Required Experience & Expertise:

→ Knowledge and soft skills in being able to recognise, improve, and develop production processes, workflows, and structures within the team and Agency.

→ Professional experience in collaborating with external collaborators, partners, and talents, and production know-how including equipment, shoot logistics, set set-up and teardown, creative production workflows.

→ Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English and Thai.
