Purpose: Execute daily content that supports sales & branding.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Shoot daily content (self-model / in-store / product)
- Style outfits for shoots or self-model
- Follow content references and direction from Founder / PR
- Create content for promotions, new arrivals, and best sellers
- Social Media Execution
- Upload posts, stories, and reels according to schedule
- Write captions
- Highlight promotions, new arrivals, and sale items
- Coordinate posting times with sales goals
- Maintain consistent visual and tone of voice
- Sales Support (HQ)
- Support HQ sales when needed (styling customers, sales support)
- Assist customers with mix-and-match styling
- Promote focus items and slow-moving stock
- Communicate customer feedback to Sales & Store Ops Lead
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Sales & Store Ops Lead on focus items
- Follow weekly content priorities set by Operations Manager
- Report content posted and basic engagement results
