The Country Brand Lead (CBL) is responsible for management of a designed product group to achieve planned sales, profit and other marketing objectives. This includes owning brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor strategies and tactics for the market, drive product growth, forecast revenues and operating expenses, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManages all aspects including (but not limit to) launch, setting local vision/ brand direction, execution and coordinating cross functional needs of Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine in Thailand to strengthen the presence of Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine in HCP community and public under an emergency use authorization (EUA) and full approval in future

  • Maintains updated identification, mapping, and segmentation of key stakeholders (policy, payer, academic, HCP, patient and private in future)
  • Develops brand plan by tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities with tactical implementation plan to prepare for execution and tailors as appropriate for segments
  • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in product in response to customer inquiry
  • Leads external interaction with Government & Academic stakeholders, including stakeholder strategy, relationship management and development of innovative partnerships
  • Leads development of robust, credible value messages and propositions for Pfizer Covid 19 Treatment
  • Leads cross functional team on alignment and integration of global and local country plans on supply management
  • Establishes strong working relationships at Local and Regional and across functions, contributing ideas, strategies, team/matrix leadership
  • Manges brand financial performance: plan, propose and monitor brand’s expenditures (annual planning and LE forecast), implement actions on variances to ensure cost effectiveness and achieve brand P&L
  • Drives innovation on patient pathway in a highly dynamic by challenging the status quo to achieve desired goal
  • Develops, implements, and maintains key measurement systems and KPIs to demonstrate impact of brand strategies and programs
  • Leads promotional activity execution through collaboration across functional team and align with Pfizer & local regulations
  • Leads training for Customer Facing Team on product positioning and strategies
  • Others as assigned by hiring manger

Qualifications: 

  • At least 5-year pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years in Marketing
  • Infectious diseases therapeutic , vaccine and new product launch experiences preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical science with MBA desired
  • Infectious diseases therapeutic experience preferred
