Job Summary:
This role plays a key part in shaping and representing the brand’s visual identity. You will be responsible for translating the brand’s DNA into high-quality creative content that highlights current hair trends, with a strong focus on Korean-inspired hairstyles, fashion-forward, credible, and visually refined brand image. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, understands beauty and fashion trends, and can consistently deliver fresh, modern content aligned with the brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a visual and creative representative of the brand across all content platforms
- Conceptualize and create creative content for social media, campaigns, and promotions
- Capture high-quality photos and videos related to hair styling, with a strong understanding of angles, lighting, and composition
- Ensure all visual content reflects a premium, stylish, and trustworthy brand image
- Stay up to date with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends and apply them appropriately to the brand
- Collaborate closely with hairstylists, marketing teams, and creative teams to enhance brand presence
- Maintain consistent visual standards and brand aesthetics across all platforms
- Continuously generate fresh, modern ideas to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
Qualifications:
- Must-have
- Strong understanding of fashion, beauty, or lifestyle aesthetics
- Excellent visual taste and a good eye for photography and composition
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Nice-to-have
- Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or hair salon brands
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
- Portfolio showcasing photography, video, or creative content work
