Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator / Social Media Executive to join our marketing team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging digital content — from concept to execution — and understands how to make brands stand out on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, producing, shooting, editing, and posting content for multiple restaurant and beverage brands under our group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content ideas that align with each brand’s identity and campaign direction.
- Plan monthly content calendars with the digital marketing team.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, photos, and reels for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X).
- Write catchy captions and hashtags that match each brand’s tone of voice.
- Stay up to date with current social trends, viral challenges, and popular formats to create relevant content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Design, and Digital) to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
- Assist in on-ground shoots or live coverage during events, store openings, or promotions.
- Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach.
- Manage posting schedules and coordinate timely uploads across channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media management.
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
- Basic design skills using Canva / Photoshop / Lightroom are a plus.
- Familiar with social media platforms — especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Creative thinker with a good sense of timing, storytelling, and aesthetics.
- Understands online audience behavior and what drives engagement.
- Able to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about food, lifestyle, and visual content.
- Fluent in Thai (required); English proficiency is a plus.

- Hands-on and energetic; enjoys being behind the camera and on set.
