About the Role:
We are looking for a new-generation creative mind who understands both content + business.
This is NOT just a content posting role.
You will be building:
- Founder’s personal brand (CEO level)
- Company brand (investment / business / global expansion)
- Your content must not only look good — it must drive attention, trust, and real business opportunities
What You Will Do:
Create high-impact content strategy for:
- Personal branding (CEO / Founder)
- Company branding (finance, investment, global business)
- Turn complex business & finance topics into:
- Simple to Viral and Valuable content
- Identify trends (TikTok / IG / Xiaohongshu / LinkedIn)
- and adapt them into our business context
Develop content formats:
- Short-form video (Reels / TikTok)
- Educational storytelling
- Thought leadership posts
- Behind-the-scenes business content
- Work closely with Founder to:
- Turn real business cases into content
- Build authority in the market
- Plan & execute content that drives leads (not just views)
What We’re Looking For:
- Understand business / finance / investment mindset (important)
- Strong in storytelling + content thinking
- Able to make “boring topics become interesting”
- Obsessed with trends but able to create new trends
- Not afraid to challenge ideas & think strategically
- Under Fluent English (Chinese or Korea will add on salary)
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with personal branding content
- Understand HNW / entrepreneur audience
- Can script, shoot, or direct content, editing.
