Join our superstar, best in practice Creative Services team!What will you do?This role requires an individual with who day dreams of creating the NEXT big thing in the digital advertising industry. As the Creative Director, you will conceptualize and compose compelling content that turns prospects into profits, bring ideas to life and make social media content engaging to the target audience. You will breathe ideas and be a strategic thinker.

  • As the Creative Director, you will lead and develop the Creative Services function both internally and externally. 
  • You will develop efficiency of the new workflow, illustrate the importance of a data driven strategy approach on creative ideation and proposals that can benefit both, existing and new clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business for creative services & pitch ideas to clients. You will also be instrumental in growing and building the Creative Services function as well as 
  • Ideate concepts and campaigns for clients and agencies with solid strategic thought and creative 
  • To brainstorm and work together with the creative team to develop ideas and concepts for creative campaigns, social media and other digital platforms. 
  • Edit content and transform ideas into words for advertising campaigns. 
  • Create content for social pages, convert business jargons to words consumers understand for brands. 
  • Work with the strategic team to articulate the messaging for the various brands handled by the agency 

What skills and experience will you need?

  • Degree in Mass Communications/Advertising or related field. 
  • 4 – 6 years of working experience in the creative agency as Senior Art Director/ Creative Group Head 
  • Skilful using several design tools 
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the digital ecosystem. 
  • Proven ability in being creative and thinking digitally.
