DEAL! is looking for a hands-on Creative Director to define the next chapter of our brand.
We make real asset ownership easier to understand. Your challenge: turn a complex idea into a brand people trust, talk about, and want to join.
This is not a role for someone who just approves designs. You will shape how DEAL! looks, sounds, feels, and earns attention across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and campaigns.
What you will own:
- Define our creative direction: brand world, visual identity, tone of voice, campaign ideas, and content standards.
- Build platform-native strategies: Facebook for trust, education, and deeper storytelling; TikTok for real, fast, culturally relevant content; Instagram for aspiration, taste, and visual desirability.
- Turn business goals, customer insight, and market trends into campaigns that build brand value, qualified leads, and commercial impact.
- Lead, mentor, and raise the bar for our content, graphic, video, and social teams.
- Partner with founders, marketing, and sales to bring bold ideas to life.
- Stay hands-on with concepts, briefs, scripts, moodboards, launches, and key campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in Creative Direction, Brand/Content Strategy, Art Direction, or a related role.
- A portfolio that proves you can build a brand system and lead campaigns—not only create individual designs.
- Strong taste, a clear point of view, and confidence to challenge ordinary ideas.
- Strong understanding of digital culture and platform behavior.
- Experience leading creatives, giving useful feedback, and making work better.
- Commercially minded: you care about culture and results.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where the playbook is still being written.
