As our Creative Director, you’ll lead the visual identity, storytelling, and creative direction of Watch.fun across all platforms. You will shape how the brand feels, looks, and communicates, while guiding a team of editors, designers, and content creators. You will ensure every piece of content, from reels to campaigns to cinematics, meets the highest standard of luxury, consistency, and brand positioning across the Watch.fun universe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the brand identity for Watch.fun across all visuals, video content, and messaging on every social platform.
  • Develop creative ideas, themes, and campaigns for social media, ads, product reveals, and watch drops.
  • Lead a team of video editors, videographers, channel managers, and content creators.
  • Review, approve, and guide all creative assets before publishing.
  • Work closely with leadership to align creative direction with overall marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Build simple and repeatable creative systems so the team can produce content fast while maintaining  quality.
  • Direct video shoots, UGC creators, and lifestyle content to ensure strong storytelling and emotional impact.
  • Stay updated on short-form video trends, crypto culture, and luxury branding.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are applied consistently across all platforms and content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or content creation.
  • Proven experience working with luxury, lifestyle, iGaming, or high-end brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, worldbuilding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to direct shoots, manage creative teams, and guide editors with clarity.
  • Strong understanding of short-form videos and how to create content that captures attention, goes viral, and converts viewers into consumers.
  • Comfortable leading projects from initial concept through final execution.
