We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative and Graphic Designer to join our growing startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing, on-brand, and user-centered designs for our website, marketing materials, and social media channels. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other departments to conceptualize and execute design projects that engage our users and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design and create engaging and user-centered designs for our website, mobile app, and other digital platforms
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
• Develop visual concepts and prototypes for new features and functionality
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and social media graphics
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms and adhere to best practices for user experience
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, new technologies, and industry standards
