Job Descriptions:

  1. Design creative visuals across digital and offline channels, including social media, ads, campaign key visuals, websites, e-commerce, packaging, and POSM.
  2. Translate brand and marketing concepts into consistent, high-impact visual executions.
  3. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaign-ready assets.
  4. Support product launches and campaigns with creative assets and mockups.
  5. Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  6. Prepare print-ready and platform-optimized files with attention to detail.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors when production is required.
  8. Stay updated on design trends and AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer / Visual Designer(Experience in lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce brands is a plus)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and offline design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Basic to intermediate motion design skills are an advantage
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver print-ready and platform-optimized files
  • A team player who collaborates well with cross-functional teams
  • Curious and open to using AI tools to improve workflow and creativity
  • Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on — able to manage projects end-to-end
