Job Descriptions:
- Design creative visuals across digital and offline channels, including social media, ads, campaign key visuals, websites, e-commerce, packaging, and POSM.
- Translate brand and marketing concepts into consistent, high-impact visual executions.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaign-ready assets.
- Support product launches and campaigns with creative assets and mockups.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Prepare print-ready and platform-optimized files with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with external vendors when production is required.
- Stay updated on design trends and AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer / Visual Designer(Experience in lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce brands is a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and offline design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Basic to intermediate motion design skills are an advantage
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver print-ready and platform-optimized files
- A team player who collaborates well with cross-functional teams
- Curious and open to using AI tools to improve workflow and creativity
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on — able to manage projects end-to-end
