Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for the brand’s Instagram content, including Feed, Reels, and Stories
- Define visual direction and creative ideas aligned with brand identity and communication objectives
- Collaborate with Graphic, Video, and Content teams to produce engaging content
- Stay up to date with Instagram trends, content formats, and new features
- Create content ideas and campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Work closely with the Marketing Communication team to translate key messages into creative executions
- Ensure consistency of visual identity and creative direction across Instagram
- Review qualitative content performance and apply insights to improve future work
Qualifications:
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Design, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in creative, social media, or content-related roles
- Strong creative thinking, conceptual, and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and communication strategies
- Good understanding of platform-specific content, **especially Instagram**
- Up to date with digital trends, social formats, and creative movements
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to messaging, visuals, and consistency
- Able to work under tight timelines and manage revisions efficiently
- Open to feedback and able to revise work based on internal input
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Nice to have
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Lifestyle industries
- Understanding of engagement-driven content on Instagram
- Basic photo/video shooting or editing skills are a plus
- Actively follows social media and influencer trends
Department: Marketing / Creative / Content
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Working hours: 10:00-18:00
Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok
Salary: Negotiable / Based on experience
