PROCORO Crunch Choc | Chocolate Lava Crispy Pastries

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for Procoro’s TikTok channel and other social media platforms.
  • Design content formats, write scripts, and oversee production from pre- to post-production.
  • Ideate, storyboard, and produce trend-driven short-form content that fits platform culture.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency.
  • Monitor audience behavior, analyze performance metrics, and stay current with TikTok trends and platform insights.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand tone, storytelling style, and visual standards.
  • Pitch creative ideas to management and partners, and help guide the creative team to deliver on plan.
  • Occasionally support event coverage, including store activations and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative, Content, or Program Development — preferably 
in online or social media.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms 
(TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in online program formats or the music
/entertainment industry FMCG is a strong plus.
