Job Overview:
The Creative Production & Retouch Specialist partners with our Art Director Assistant in bringing the brand’s visual identity to life.
This role is a unique hybrid of on-set production and high-end post-processing.
You will be the bridge between the live shoot and the final digital asset, ensuring every piece of jewelry and product, from our signature jewelry to our latest lifestyle drops looks flawless and stays true to the YVIS aesthetic. We value precision, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photoshoot Support
    • Work directly with the Art Director Assistant to translate the Art Director’s concepts into reality. You will assist in prepping all products, organizing props, and setting up the studio. You are responsible for maintaining a smooth “flow” during shoots, managing product swaps, and ensuring the set remains organized at all times.
    • Acting as the “technical eyes” for the Art Director, you will take specific notes on retouching requirements and “must-fix” details during live shoots to streamline the post-production process.
  • High-End Retouching
    • Take full ownership of post-production for all photoshoot assets. This includes high-end jewelry retouching (metal polishing, stone clarity) and product cleanup for print, web, and social media use. You will ensure every image you edit aligns perfectly with the YVIS brand tone.
    • You will also be responsible for organizing creative archives, ensuring all final retouched files are properly labeled and easily accessible to the rest of the team.
  • Quality Control & Coordination
    • The “Final Check”: Assist the visual and marketing teams in quality-checking all creative outputs before release to ensure there are no technical glitches or retouching errors.
    • Workflow Management: Coordinate with the Creative Project Manager to ensure all retouching deadlines align with the campaign launch calendar and production timelines.

      Qualifications:

      • 1–4 years experience in retouching / photo editing (fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce preferred)
      • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (advanced retouching) + Lightroom/Capture One
      • Excellent eye for detail, color, lighting, and texture (especially metal & gemstones)
      • Able to deliver clean, premium, and consistent visuals across platforms
      • Understanding of photoshoot & post-production workflow
      • Good time management, able to handle high volume & tight deadlines
      • Strong team player, works well with creative & marketing teams
