Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who makes content stand out. You’ll create scroll-stopping posts, turn fresh ideas into engaging content, and shape each social channel with a clear, unique voice people remember.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Turn ideas and trends into standout, scroll-stopping posts.
- Shape and maintain a clear tone of voice for each channel.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop content ideas.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of storytelling.
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions.
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and eager to improve content continuously.
