As a style setter, Flat2112 is for young people who wants to feel good in whatever they are wearing.
We are looking for Digital Marketing Communication and PR Supervisor to join our team.
- Develop and execute digital communication strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital communication plans that align with the brand’s overall marketing objectives. This includes defining target audiences, key messages, and selecting appropriate digital channels.
- Social media management: Oversee and manage the brand’s presence on social media platforms. Create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.
- E-commerce : manage brand image of each e-commerce store of the brand to be up-to-dated and alight with marketing objectives.
- Content creation and curation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Influencer marketing: Identify relevant influencers and build relationships to leverage their reach and credibility. Collaborate with influencers to create bartered content and track the performance of influencer campaigns.
- Direct Message marketing: Develop and execute direct message marketing such as Line board cast msg, Open chat, email, and SMS to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales. Create compelling direct msg content, segment the audience, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Digital advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team and external freelancer to plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media platforms, and display networks. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital communication efforts. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use analytics tools to track traffic , engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and communication trends, technologies, and best practices in the fashion industry. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
- Manage, control, and coaching communication team including Content creator, graphic designer, admins, Creative Marketing officer, and KOLs coordinators to achieve marketing goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A degree in Fashion Marketing is a plus.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, communication, or social media management at least 5 years, preferably within the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media (IG,FB,TIKTOK,LINE) , e-commerce (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok shop), content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. * Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital communication strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers.
