Job Description
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited conducts a property developing business; i.e., Townhouse, Single Detached House (SDH) and Condominium in the residential area or central business district with easy access transportation and design to match consumer’ needs of each group and area.
The Company and its 10 subsidiaries aim to build quality and satisfaction into our projects in central business district and residential area where close to public transportation for our targeting customers in the range of Baht 1.4 – 20 million. Each project is determined to serve customers by type and price range under various brands such as The Address, Rhythm, The Palazzo, Pleno, Baan Klang Krung and Baan Klang Muang.
Purpose of this position :
Brand Strategy is responsible for managing the branding efforts of their company’s products or services, including creating and implementing long-term plans for how we want consumers to perceive their product or service to ultimate outcome.
Job Summary :
- Help lead the development of brand strategies that will drive growth for our company.
- Develop informed messaging strategies to engage specific audiences and campaigns to increase the impact of marketing
- Provide the learning and recommendations that inform foundational product messaging strategy, marketing plans, strategic creative briefs that identify target consumer segments, key insights, potential channels
- Responsible for all aspects of core brand strategy and marketing including insights development, research, and the development of brand standards.
- Track and report how our brand performs and present insights and recommendations to advance our core mission and goals. You will also work closely with Product Marketing and the Brand team to help develop briefs for our partnerships and campaigns.
