หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำแบบก่อสร้าง, แบบรายละเอียด และแบบขยาย สำหรับงานสถาปัตยกรรมและงานตกแต่งภายใน
- เขียนแบบโครงสร้างและงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สอดคล้อง กับมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
- ประสานงานกับสถาปนิก, วิศวกร, ผู้รับเหมา และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าแบบมีความถูกต้องและสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบก่อสร้างก่อนส่งต่อให้ทีมปฏิบัติงาน
- อัปเดตและปรับปรุงแบบก่อสร้างตามคำแนะนำหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลง ในหน้างาน
- เข้าใจการทำงานในโครงการต่าง ๆ เช่น คาเฟ่, ร้านอาหาร, ห้างสรรพสินค้า, โรงแรม
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีหรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพในสาขาสถาปัตยกรรม, วิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนแบบก่อสร้างหรืองานตกแต่งภายใน (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านอาหารหรือบาร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ชำนาญการใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถจัดทำแบบที่มีความซับซ้อนและแม่นยำ
- มีความเข้าใจด้านวัสดุและกระบวนการก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมออกแบบและผู้รับเหมาได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและปรับปรุงแบบตามความต้องการ ของโครงการ
- พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และพัฒนาทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง
