Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop collections across apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories that align with Chuuchop’s brand DNA.
- Conduct fashion trend research and translate insights into designs suitable for Chuuchop’s target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure product alignment with campaign and sales strategies.
- Create detailed Tech Packs / Spec Sheets for factory production.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for sample development, production, and quality control.
- Develop moodboards, sketches, and digital design assets for internal and external communication.
- Oversee product quality checks (QC) to ensure consistency before launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion design
- Solid understanding of garment production, from design and
- pattern-making to manufacturing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to interpret brand identity
- into commercially viable designs.
- Awareness of target customer segment
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
- internal teams and external factories.
