Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product assortments aligned with brand direction and market demand.
- Source and coordinate with manufacturers to compare cost, quality, and production capability.
- Research and select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Analyze sales performance and forecast monthly order quantities.
- Plan pricing strategies based on cost structure and market positioning.
- Control production costs and maintain profitability targets.
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee product sampling, quality control, and issue resolution throughout production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising or Product Development.
- Strong understanding of fashion products, materials, costing, and production.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple collections
