Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing the sales teams’ orientation programs.
  • Providing as an advisor to sales staff for issues they face at work including guidance to employees on customer service skills and products knowledge.
  • Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Deep understanding of the company’s products and services .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
  • At least 3 years of training experience, preferably with fashion, retail or FMCG industry.
  • Able to travel and visit the stores.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Thai.
  • Skilled in communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork
