We are seeking a highly creative and results driven Content Creator to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands food culture, hospitality, and social media trends, producing content that drives engagement, traffic, and revenue.
This role requires strong storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate our brand identity into daily, high-quality content.
The Role:
We are looking for a creative content creator who understands food culture and social media trends to produce engaging content.
You will work closely with our chefs and operations team to capture what makes our restaurant unique. The role requires strong storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand identity into high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality photo & video content (Reels, TikTok, short-form clips)
- Ability to create emotionally engaging graphics aligned with brand identity
- Manage the full content cycle, including concept development, planning, shooting, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
- Capture daily in-house content during lunch and dinner service, events, and promotions.
- Build weekly content calendars aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Support campaigns, seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and partnerships
- Ensure visuals match brand guidelines and elevate the brand image.
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation/social media (F&B or hospitality lifestyle preferred) and video and photography skills (mobile and professional camera)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trending formats
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, Adobe)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with staff and guests
