เป้าหมายของตำแหน่ง:
รับผิดชอบงานด้าน FF&E Design & Specification สำหรับ Residential และ Interior Project ของ SEASONS ตั้งแต่การคัดเลือก Furniture, Lighting, Materials, Fabrics และ Finishes การออกแบบ Custom-made Furniture ไปจนถึงการจัดทำ Specification และรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ Design Concept สามารถนำไปพัฒนาและใช้งานได้จริง
ตำแหน่งนี้เน้นการผสาน Design, Technical, Material และ Specification เข้าด้วยกัน โดยทำหน้าที่เปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้านการออกแบบให้เป็น Furniture และ Material ที่ สามารถคัดเลือก สั่งซื้อ ผลิต และติดตั้งได้จริง พร้อมคงไว้ซึ่งคุณภาพและ Design Standard ของ SEASONS
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- พัฒนา FF&E Concept ให้สอดคล้องกับ Interior Design Concept และความต้องการของลูกค้า
- คัดเลือกและกำหนด Specification ของ Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Fabrics, Materials, Finishes และ Fixtures สำหรับแต่ละ Project
- จัดทำ FF&E Schedule, Furniture Specification, Material Specification และ Material Board เพื่อใช้ในการเสนอราคา จัดซื้อ ผลิต และติดตั้ง
- ออกแบบและพัฒนา Custom-made / Bespoke Furniture พร้อมกำหนด Dimension, Material, Finish และรายละเอียดที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิต
- ประสานงานกับ Interior Designer เพื่อให้ FF&E สอดคล้องกับ Layout, Space Planning, Function, Proportion และ Design Concept
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Procurement และ Supplier ในการ Sourcing Furniture, Material และ Product ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- เปรียบเทียบและประเมิน Design, Quality, Material, Cost และ Lead Time เพื่อเสนอทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมกับ Project
- ตรวจสอบ Sample, Material, Finish, Color และ Shop Drawing ก่อนอนุมัติผลิตหรือสั่งซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier และ Project Team เพื่อติดตามการผลิต การจัดส่ง และการติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตาม Specification
- ตรวจสอบ FF&E หน้างานก่อนส่งมอบ เพื่อให้ Design, Material และ Quality เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- ศึกษาและติดตาม International Furniture Brands, Materials, Design Trends และ Luxury Living Trends เพื่อนำมาพัฒนางานและ Product Selection ของ SEASONS
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Furniture Design, Product Design หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน FF&E Design / Interior Design / Furniture & Luxury Design อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน High-end Residential, Luxury Furniture, Hospitality หรือ Premium Interior Project จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Furniture Construction, Materials, Fabrics, Finishes และ Lighting
- สามารถอ่าน Drawing และเข้าใจรายละเอียดงาน Interior / Furniture Production ได้
- สามารถจัดทำ FF&E Specification และ Schedule ได้
- ใช้ AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite หรือ Design Software ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- มี Design Sense ที่ดี และเข้าใจ Luxury / Contemporary Interior
- ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับที่สามารถอ่าน Specification และประสานงาน Supplier ต่างประเทศได้
