Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Interior Design team to define specifications for decorative materials and loose furniture that meet client requirements and project budgets.
- Present FF&E proposals, including interior decoration items and loose furniture that align with the overall design concept with the client
- Manage color schemes, fabrics, and materials to ensure they match the concept of each project.
- Prepare material boards and documentation for selected materials and decorative items used in each project.
- Source and research new materials and products for designers to select appropriately.
- Prepare briefing documents for materials and specifications for each project.
- Develop Furniture Diagrams and Furniture Lists for assigned projects.
- Prepare Material Specification documents, including items such as wallpaper, curtains, and custom loose furniture.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in interior design or furniture design.
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) experience.
- Ability to present FF&E concepts, including interior decorative items and loose furniture that align with the overall design concept.
- Passion for design with creative thinking and strong aesthetic sense.
- Able to work well in a team environment and open to feedback and collaboration.
- Keep up to date with the latest material and design trends.
