As a Tenant Curator, you will play a crucial role in designing our wholesome tenant mix and hand-picking specialized quality vendors who take pride in what they do and do it with utmost care.

Job Summary:
theCOMMONS, a community space with the goal of bringing people together and promoting a wholesome lifestyle, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Curation Team.
As a Tenant Curator, you will play a crucial role in designing our wholesome tenant mix and hand-picking specialized quality vendors who take pride in what they do and do it with utmost care.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting a diverse range of tenants that align with theCOMMONS’ vision and values. You will actively seek out passionate and forward- thinking purveyors. Great communication skills required. Must love to eat and have a passion to explore and experience new things 🙂
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s needs and gap in current offerings to come up with optimal tenants’ mix
- Work closely with Head of Curator to identify potential tenants
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Act as a key contact person in making appointments and all coordination
- Represent theCOMMONS in the nicest professional and ethical manner at all times
- Take care of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service
- Prepares various leasing supporting forms for management approval
- Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion
- Manage the flow of all leases related documents – coordinate with finance team, brand team and community relations team
- Stay up-to-date on new openings and brands in the industry.
- Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times
- Maintain and update listings of potential tenants
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in related fields (tenant, event, space curation, etc)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills/ multi-tasking skills – don’t mind helping other in the team to achieve the same goal
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Confident, outgoing and pleasant demeanor
- Has a growth mindset, positive attitude, responsible, dedicated, and able to persevere when faced with obstacles.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as in a dynamic team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai & English).
- Love to eat and explore different food concepts is A PLUS!
