Who We Are:
We are a Thailand-based company competing on the global stage of football. Future Performance Sport (FPS) is Mizuno’s official football partner in Europe and Thailand, designing and delivering high-quality football apparel and gear.
We collaborate with top clubs including AS Monaco, SS Lazio, FC Augsburg, VfL Bochum, Hansa Rostock, and Thailand’s Port FC. We manage AS Monaco’s retail channels —operating the Official Club Store in Monaco and their e-commerce site—while delivering the same full retail and e-commerce model for Port FC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts for football retail campaigns (international and local)
- Create social content, e-commerce assets, product graphics, and promotional materials
- Be up to date with football trends and transform them into impactful creative direction
- Ensure all designs match the brand’s football identity and tone
- Support branding with layouts, typography, and moodboards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic/creative design experience
- Football knowledge – a fan with an understanding of football culture.
- Ability to translate football trends into creative content that will help push products
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking
- Strong portfolio in branding and digital content
- High proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator, indesign
- Language ability – able to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.
- Extra creativity – photography skills are a plus.

Location: Bangkok
Contract: Hybrid WFH 3+ days/ week
6-month Contract with Full-time Opportunity
