Test Actions across various multimodal smart devices.
Test Action’ to ensure they meet expectations in regard to quality, integrity, ease of use, customer experience, and various policies, such as legal, security and community.
Notate bugs, edge cases, findings and share this information with multiple teams, stakeholders, and with the developers.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytical or customer service role desired
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to multi-task under pressure in an ever changing environment
Professional knowledge of Android OS, iOS and Mac OS desired
Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of policy, procedure and workflow changes and evolutions
Be able to work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a close team
Be able to use critical thinking and take initiative on action items
A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages
