Job Summary:
Responsible for creating designs that align with the brand’s CI across both in-store and online channels, with a strong focus on sales-driven visuals. This includes menus, promotions, delivery platform images, social media posts and stories, and in-store materials.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Digital Design
- Design marketing communication materials including posts, stories, banners, and visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and LINE (LINE OA)
- Create key visuals for campaigns, weekly/monthly promotions, and new menu launches
Sales & In-Store Design - Design in-store and sales materials such as menu boards, storefront signage, standees, stickers/labels, and packaging.
- Ensure consistent brand image and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines including color palette, typography, imagery style, and layout
- Create and update brand templates to enable faster execution by the team
- Delivery Platform Assets
- Design menu images and promotional visuals for delivery platforms (e.g., Grab) in accordance with brand CI
- Collaboration & Workflow
- Receive briefs from the Marketing team / Owner and deliver work within deadlines
- Revise designs based on feedback and real performance results
Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design (Junior to Mid-level welcome, portfolio required)
- Experience or strong understanding of F&B / food-related brands is a plus
- Able to work fast, adapt to feedback, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Portfolio required (link or PDF)
