WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This is an opportunity to show your graphic design skills in a one-of-a-kind sports and entertainment venue: Topgolf Megacity. You will help launching the first Topgolf in Southeast Asia by designing all creative assets, including promotional materials and direct mailings, as well as stills and basic animations for the venue’s 300 screens. And as brand champion for the fun Topgolf brand, you will protect the brand’s visual identity across all channels.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

• Visually illustrate marketing and internal communications campaigns, including promotional campaigns, menus, billboards, digital posters, letterheads, email signatures, and more
• Develop stills and basic video animations for display on Topgolf’s more than 300 HDTV screens
• Adjust visual content from advertising partners to make them suitable for use in Topgolf venues
• As brand champion, develop a deep understanding of Topgolf’s Brand Book
• Ensure graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with the brand’s visual identity
• Advise colleagues and partner agencies on the correct implementation of the brand guidelines
• Support other members of the Marketing & Communications Team at Topgolf events, activations and photo shoots
• Support Marketing & Communications Director in designing assets for Topgolf Southeast Asia

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a designer within a company
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Basic video animation skills
• Ability to work methodically, plan your own work and meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Thai and good command of English language (English fluency not required)
• Industry experience in hospitality, sports or entertainment preferred (not required)
• Due to the industry and nature of the role, the candidate will be expected to be available in the evenings and on weekends, within reason, should this be required
