Job Responsibilities
- Retouch, color-correct, and enhance fashion and product images to meet creative and commercial standards.
- Maintain image quality while ensuring consistency across all channels (campaigns, e-commerce, social media, press kits).
- Remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and refine details with precision while keeping a natural and realistic look.
- Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to understand the desired mood, tone, and style for each project.
- Manage image files and workflows efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Photograph and ensure all images align with the brand’s aesthetic and visual guidelines.
Qualifications
- Female Only****
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, 
Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Retoucher in fashion, e-commerce, 
or creative agencies.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (Capture One knowledge is a plus).
- Keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining 
high-quality standards.
- Understanding of fashion/luxury brand aesthetics 
is a strong advantage.
